Orders and returns

We do not see or handle orders. For a delivery, a refund or a damaged package, use the order page of our retail partner, where you checked out.

If someone may have swallowed bait

Do not write to us. Call Poison Help at 1-800-222-1222 right away. For a pet, call your veterinarian or an animal poison control line. Keep the package with you: the label names the active ingredient and the EPA registration number.
